General Admission TicketsBirch Aquarium is proud to offer discounts to the UC San Diego community. Students, staff and faculty of UC San Diego save $3 off general admission tickets. Tickets must be purchased online in advance using promo code UCSanDiego at checkout.

UC San Diego Student Membership
UC San Diego students are eligible for a special level of membership. Enjoy unlimited aquarium admission for one year and 10% off at Splash! Cafe & the Gift Shop.UC San Diego Staff and Faculty Membership
UC San Diego faculty and staff are eligible for specially priced Birch Aquarium memberships. All faculty and staff receive $10 off a Family, Dual, or Individual-level memberships. To receive this discount, please call at 858-534-5771.- Museums for All (EBT)
Birch Aquarium at Scripps is a proud member of Museums for All, which allows guests with an EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) card or a California WIC card to purchase general admission tickets for $3.Museums for All Tickets: $3 admission per person for up to 4 people per EBT or WIC card.
Note: Current EBT or WIC card must be presented at entry.
- Military
Birch Aquarium offers a $3 off admission to all active, reserve, retired service members and veterans. Tickets must be purchased online in advance using promo code MILITARY at checkout. Valid for up to 6 tickets.Note: Current Military ID must be presented at entry.
Discounted Birch Aquarium tickets are also available in most base ticket offices. Check your local ticket office for current offers.
- Seniors and College Students
Birch Aquarium offers discounted admission to college students with a current student ID card as well as to seniors (60+) every day. Simply choose College Student or Senior tickets at checkout to save.- AAA
AAA members receive a 10% discount on general admission tickets. Tickets must be purchased online in advance using promo AAA at checkout. Valid for up to 6 tickets.
Note: Discount cannot be combined with other offers and is valid for general admission only. Valid AAA card must be presented at the gate upon arrival.
