We offer discounts for seniors, military personnel, UC San Diego faculty, staff, and students, as well as EBT cardholders. See below for details.
- Museums for All (EBT)
Birch Aquarium at Scripps is a proud member of Museums for All, which allows guests with an EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) card or a California WIC card to purchase general admission tickets for $3.
Museums for All Tickets: $3 admission per person for up to 4 people per EBT or WIC card. Please note, current EBT or WIC card must be presented at entry.

General Admission Tickets

UC San Diego students are eligible for a special level of membership.UC San Diego Staff and Faculty Membership
UC San Diego faculty and staff are eligible for specially priced Birch Aquarium memberships. All faculty and staff receive $10 off a Family, Dual, or Individual-level memberships. To receive this discount, please call at 858-534-5771.- Military
Birch Aquarium offers a $3 off admission to all active, reserve, retired service members and veterans. Tickets must be purchased online in advance using promo code MILITARY at checkout. Valid for up to 6 tickets.
Note: Current Military ID must be presented at entry.

- Seniors
Birch Aquarium offers discounted admission Seniors (62+) every day. Please use promo code Senior at checkout to save $3 off adult general admission. Valid for up to 6 tickets.
- College/University Student
College and university students can enjoy $3 off adult general admission. Purchase tickets online in advance with promo code College at checkout. Valid student ID required upon entry.
