Self Guided Aquarium Visit
Encounter a dazzling variety of marine life from the cold waters of the Pacific Northwest to the tropical seas of Mexico and the South Pacific. Also experience our outdoor tide-pool plaza overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean, and our engaging museum featuring exhibits, which highlight the latest research by Scripps Institution of Oceanography explorers.

Adults: $14 per person
Seniors: (60+): $11 per person
Child: $9.50 per person

Aquarium Guided Tour
The guide will greet the group, point out the highlights of the aquarium, and walk around with the group to answer questions. The duration of the tour is one hour with a guide, leaving time to visit the rest of the facility on your own.

Minimum: 10 people for a flat fee of $250
After the first 10 people, the fee is $25 per person. This includes admission to the aquarium and the hour-long tour with our trained docents.
Guided tours must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Ocean Discovery
This is a special hands-on program designed for guests with a sense of curiosity. Seated at discovery stations in our private classroom, explore the behavior and natural history of live marine animals with an experienced instructor. Observe, touch, and inquire about tidepool inhabitants. Your hands-on program will also include a visit to the aquarium afterwards.

This program may be booked Monday through Friday only, and is based on classroom availability.
Program must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Group rate plus $300 program fee.
Minimum of 10 people; Maximum of 20 people
