Adopt-A-Fish Terms and Conditions

• Several adoption package items are digital so Adopter should have email access.
• Individual animals may not be adopted or officially named. Adoptions apply to species only.
• More than one person or group may adopt the same species. Adoptions are not ownerships.
• Adoptions last 12 months from the day the adoption is purchased. Gift adoptions start on the delivery date indicated by giver.
• Birch Aquarium decides which animals are available for adoption. Adoption packages and prices may vary at the aquarium's discretion.
• No refunds will be given.
• If your species leaves the aquarium, you may transfer your adoption to another animal in the same category for the remainder of your adoption term.
• Adopters may only access public areas of the aquarium unless accompanied by a staff member.
• Please allow 14 business days for processing and delivery.
