Embark on an unforgettable journey with the ocean experts at Birch Aquarium at Scripps! Witness the longest mammal migration in the world, when approximately 20,000 gray whales pass San Diego on their annual 10,000-mile round-trip journey from the Bering Sea to the lagoons of Baja California. Join daily cruises off the coast of San Diego or journey with us down to the Baja California breeding grounds.

Daily Tours: 9:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m. & 1:30-5 p.m.
Join Scripps naturalists and Flagship–San Diego Harbor Excursion for our 13th season of whale watching as we venture out for twice-daily cruises to locate gray whales on their round-trip migration. Search for seals, sea lions, dolphins, migrating birds, and more! Naturalists will showcase gray whale biofacts and will answer all of your marine animal questions. Dress in layers and don't forget your camera!
Public: $37 weekdays and $42 weekends
Members (Adults tickets only): $30 daily (Online tickets unavailable; please call 619-234-4111 to order)
Military/Seniors: $32 weekdays and $37 weekends
Youth (4-12 with paid adult; public & members): $18.50 weekdays and $21 weekends
